Document Agent
Overview
Document Agent is an optional subsystem of Microfile XE.
It allows integration with nearly all Windows applications such as ERP
and CRM without writing a single line of code. For example, when you
are about to issue a check for the payment of some purchased goods,
you can press a user-defined hot-key to pop up an image of your
purchase order for verification purpose, all without leaving your
account payable software. Another example, when reviewing an
insurance claim, you can press a hot-key to bring up all the documents
related to the claim. A third example, within a non-image-enabled
inventory application, you can press a pre-defined hot-key to pop-up
the image of an inventory item. You can create more than one hot-key
to search for different types of documents. For example, one
hot-key is configured to bring up a vendor's invoice while another
hot-key is configured to pop up your company's purchase order. |
